Order and Shipping Info

All domestic US Chromakopia 1 year Anniversary  orders placed on golfwang.com will be shipped via USPS for all music media and USPS & DHL for all box sets.

 Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information—click here to track your shipment directly on USPS or, click here to track your shipment directly on DHL.

Golf Wang ships to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Applicable domestic taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: if your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately.

Please note: We are currently only shipping to customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Can I change my order details?

In order to get your order to you as quick as possible, once your order is confirmed details are sent to our warehouse to begin packing your order right away. Once our warehouse has received your order we are unable to change details including the shipping address, contact details or postal service.

When will I receive my order?

The time it takes for your order to reach you depends on your shipping address. In general, Australian orders may take up to 5 days to arrive, while international orders may take between 14-28 days. When your order has shipped you will receive a notification and tracking details (if applicable). Unfortunately at times orders may take longer than these periods due to high-demand periods or unexpected delays with the postal service. These delays are out of our control and as such we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes on any orders.

I purchased a pre-order item, when will I receive it?

Pre-orders products will not be shipped from our warehouse until the release date specified on the product page. If you've purchased a pre-order item in the same order as other products, the order will not ship until all products are available. We are unable to split orders or ship items separately.

The product I want is out of stock or not in my size. When will more be available?

Some items are very popular or limited and may not be available in all sizes or colours. We're unable to predict when or if more stock will be available in the future. Check back frequently for new stock and new products.

I purchased a product and it's now on sale. Can I get a refund of the difference?

Individual product prices may change over time or be part of special discount promotions. All product prices are final at the time of your order and we are unable to refund orders if the price changes later.

I wasn't home to receive my order, what now?

Australian Orders: If no-one is available when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave your order in a safe space, or deliver your order to the closest collection point and leave a delivery slip with details. Please ensure you collect your order within 10 days or it may be returned to us. Uncollected orders will be cancelled and a return fee may be charged.

International Orders: If no-one is available at your address when the local shipping service attempts delivery, your order may be left unattended, returned to a depot or transferred to a collection point. In most cases, you will be contacted by the local carrier with further details. Please ensure you follow instructions provided to by the local shipping service you as uncollected parcels cannot be returned to us and will be treated as abandoned.

Will I be charged bank fees if buying from outside of Australia?

All items are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you complete an order using a non-Australian issued credit card, your bank may convert the order total into your local currency and charge additional fees to do so. This charge and the conversion rate comes directly from your bank and is out of our control. Please check these details with your bank before placing your order.

My order is being held by customs, what do I do?

Some countries charge additional customs fees or require additional information on items entering the country. These policies and charges are out of our control and we are unable to help if your order has been held by customs in your local country. In most cases, your local authority will contact you to let you know they are holding your order and provide additional information. Please ensure you check local custom and import details before placing your order.

United Kingdom/Europe:

We aim to get orders placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday dispatched on the same working day. If this is not possible, they'll be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed outside our Monday to Friday office hours will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email informing you that your order is on its way.

How long will it take to get my order?

Below is a rough guide of how long orders can take to get to you once they've been dispatched.

Please note: These estimates are not guarantees. Once your order has shipped, it is passed to your postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices.

If your order hasn't arrived in the specified time we can only look into it if you selected tracked shipping. If your order was sent via standard (unrecorded) post we have to allow 21 days (28 days outside the UK) before we can escalate the order as lost.

These delivery estimates do not apply to pre-orders until they have been dispatched.

When will I receive my pre-order?

Orders containing pre-ordered items will be dispatched in line with the release date published on the webstore.

Whilst every effort is made to get your order to you by the release date, we are unable to guarantee this for orders outside of the UK.

Can you deliver to a forwarding address?

Yes, we can, however, we strongly recommend using your own address. We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost after being delivered to a forwarding address.

Customs & Import Charges

All import and export costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over the length of time your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you contact them directly for further information.

We mark all packages for overseas delivery with contents and order value marked accordingly.

My order still hasn't arrived, what can I do?

It's possible that the item you ordered was on pre-order. Check the product page to see if the and we'll look into this for you.

Involuntary Returns

USA:

If your order is returned to the warehouse due to delivery issues or an invalid address, you will be notified via the email address provided at checkout. 

You will have 3-5 business days to respond with an updated address for a reshipment. Please note we are unable to reship out your order until the original order has returned and is processed back at the warehouse. Please note that, return to sender packages are secondary to the mail carrier and can take some extra time to return and process back to the warehouse.

Please allow up to  7–14 business days for processing and re-shipment once we receive your response.

Return and Exchange Info

If you believe to have received a damaged or incorrect item, or an item is missing from your order please contact Golf Wang Customer Support here for more information.

Please note, that we are unable to guarantee that the commemorative box set will arrive in perfect condition. Cosmetic imperfections such as minor dents, crinkles, scratches, or slight damage to the box set may occur during shipping and transit and are not considered eligible for a damage claim.

We can only accept a damage claim if the item has been significantly damaged or destroyed upon delivery. If you believe the damage is excessive, please contact Golf Wang Customer Support here for more information. If there happens to be an excess amount of damage to the item, we will evaluate on a case by case basis and provide an appropriate resolution.

These box sets are produced in extremely limited quantities, while supplies last, and a replacement order might not be guaranteed due to the limited availability.
