As of August 1, 2024, store credit is the primary refund method for returns. Store credit will be issued as a Golf Wang e-gift card or loyalty code unique to each customer.
Return & Exchange Eligibility:
Orders must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Only variant exchanges or exchanges for items of equal value are permitted.
Location-Specific Return Details:
Golf Wang LA (Los Angeles) & Golf Wang NYC (New York City): Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Golf Wang London: Returns are eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund to the original payment method.
Golf Wang Sydney: 7 days exchange or store credit unless a longer period and/or different remedy is mandated under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please Note: Store credit issued from the London flagship can only be redeemed in-store at the London location. Store credit issued from the Sydney flagship can only be redeemed in-store at the Sydney location.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method across all retail locations. All flagship purchases must be returned to the original store of purchase.
Important Notes:
Washed, worn, or used items, including jewelry and shoes, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Final sale items — including but not limited to pre-order collections, boxers, briefs, and hats — are not eligible for return or exchange.
Online purchases are not eligible for return or exchange at retail stores, and in-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged online.
Processing Time:
Please allow up to 8–10 business days for returns to be processed.
If your requested exchange is unavailable, store credit or a refund (if applicable) will be issued.
