DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All NFL orders placed on golfwang.com are shipped either USPS or UPS.

Golf Wang is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use USPS or UPS to track your order.

Golf Wang ships to all 50 states. Shipping prices depend on location, number of items, shipping method, and item type. Priority expedited shipping is available for selection at checkout (1-3 business days for transit time once the order has shipped).

Free shipping available at checkout on domestic orders over $200.00.

Domestic taxes where applicable and will be presented upon check-out.

We cannot guarantee domestic delivery dates.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support here. You will be notified when your order is canceled.

If an order cancellation was processed back to the original form of payment, please allow up to 8-10 business days for the refund process. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.

Canceling an order is only possible before it reaches the packing or shipment phase. Any items marked as final sale cannot be canceled.

During drop seasons, order cancellations should be made within 24 hours of purchase to ensure a successful cancellation.

Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items can’t be edited.


RETURN/EXCHANGE INFO

Beginning August 1st, 2024, store credit will be the only refund option available for returns. Store credit will be issued in the form of a Golf Wang e-gift card or loyalty code unique to each customer.

Orders postmarked within 7 days of delivery in new, unworn condition, purchased from golfwang.com, will be eligible for a return, for store credit or exchange.

Please kindly note, only variant and equal item value exchanges are permitted at this time. Washed or worn items are not permitted for a return or exchange, including jewelry and shoes. Final sale items including but not limited to pre-order collections, boxers, briefs and hats, are also not permitted for a return or exchange.

Original shipping charges for orders are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items. Online purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges at the retail store locations. Additionally, purchases made at the retail store locations are not eligible for returns or exchanges online.

Returns will be refunded via store credit/e-gift card, or back to the original payment method if applicable. Please allow up to 8-­10 business days for returns to be processed.

Please kindly note we cannot guarantee all exchanges and store-credit or a refund can be issued if your requested exchange is unavailable.
