As of August 29, 2024, once an order has shipped, store credit is the only option available for returns. Store credit is issued in the form of a Golf Wang e-gift card, which can be used toward any future purchase on golfwang.com.

If you would like to receive a full refund, the order must be canceled before tracking information is added to the shipment. Refunds are also available in cases where you receive a damaged or incorrect item—we’re happy to assist with a full resolution.

Orders postmarked within 7 days of delivery, in new and unworn condition, will be eligible for return for store credit or exchange. Items must have been purchased directly from golfwang.com.

Exchanges are only permitted for equal value items or variant swaps (such as size or color). We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on washed, worn, or used items, including jewelry and shoes.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pre-order collections
  • Boxers and briefs
  • Hats

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your order arrives damaged or was incorrectly shipped.

Retail store policy:

  • Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
  • In-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged online.

Returns are refunded via store credit (e-gift card) or to the original payment method, where applicable. Please allow up to 8–10 business days for returns to be processed.

We cannot guarantee availability for all exchange requests. If your requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund (if applicable) will be issued.

If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or have an APO/FPO address, please contact Customer Support to initiate a return or exchange.
