As of August 1, 2024, Golf Wang is no longer accepting international returns for refunds, except in cases where an item is damaged or incorrectly shipped. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request an exchange or receive store credit.
If the item you requested for exchange is out of stock once your return is processed, you will be eligible for store credit or a refund.
How to Initiate an International Return or Exchange:
Visit the Returns Portal.
Enter your numerical order ID and the email address used at checkout.
Click ‘Next’ and follow the provided instructions.
Eligibility for International Returns/Exchanges:
Orders must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging.
Only purchases made on golfwang.com are eligible.
Exchanges are limited to a different variant (e.g., size or color) of the same item.
Please allow up to 2 weeks after delivery for your return to be processed at the warehouse. Once your return is completed, you will receive a notification via the email used at checkout.
Important Notes:
Washed, worn, or used items are not eligible for return or exchange, including jewelry and shoes.
Final sale items — including but not limited to pre-order collections, boxers, briefs, and hats — are not eligible for return or exchange.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrectly shipped.
Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at retail store locations, and purchases made at retail stores cannot be returned or exchanged online.
