RETURN TO SENDERS/INVOLUNTARY RETURNSUpdated 7 days ago

If your order is returned back to the sender, customers will be notified via email used at checkout. Customers will be notified once the order is processed back at the warehouse. Customers have 5-7 business days to respond to the notification regarding if you would prefer to receive a refund in the form of store credit (excluding original shipping charges) or if you would like us to re-ship your order.

Refunds back to the original payment method will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
