As of August 1, 2024, flagship store returns are eligible for store credit only, issued as an in-store e-gift card or loyalty code.

• LA & NYC Locations: Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and in new, unworn condition.
  

• London Location: Returns within 7 days are eligible for store credit, exchange, or a refund to the original payment method. Store credit from London can only be redeemed in-store at the London flagship.
  

If your order was incorrect or damaged, a refund to the original payment method is available at all flagship locations.

Flagship returns must be made at the original store of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Without it, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

As with online orders, washed or worn items—including jewelry and shoes—are not eligible. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
