CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY IN-STORE PURCHASE?

LA and NYC in-store purchases are eligible for a return, for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Purchases must be returned in new, unworn condition to its original retail location. Proof of purchase is required to make a return.

ARE ONLINE RETURNS FREE?

Cost of returns vary depending on customer location. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving and processing the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, store credit or an exchange will be issued.

MY SHIRT IS DEFECTIVE AFTER I WASHED IT. HOW DO I RETURN IT?

Unfortunately, we are unable to return or exchange washed or worn items.
