What Is Golf Wang's Return/Exchange Policy?Updated 2 months ago

As of August 1, 2024, all returns are refunded in the form of store credit, issued as a Golf Wang e-gift card or loyalty code unique to each customer.

Orders postmarked within 7 days of delivery, in new and unworn condition, are eligible for store credit or exchange. Only equal-value and variant exchanges are permitted at this time.

Washed or worn items—including jewelry and shoes—are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Final sale items (e.g., pre-order collections, boxers, briefs, hats) are also non-returnable.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.  Purchases made online cannot be returned or exchanged at retail stores, and vice versa.

Please allow 8–10 business days for your return to be processed. In the event that your requested exchange is unavailable, store credit or a refund to the original payment method may be issued, where applicable.

Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, or with APO/FPO addresses should contact Customer Support here to initiate a return or exchange.
