Return Eligibility

Domestic -  Items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and returned in new, unworn condition. To submit a return, please click here.

International - Items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery and returned in new, unworn condition. To submit a return, please click here.

Return Method

All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a Golf Wang e-gift card / loyalty code. Please see more information about e-gift cards and store credit here

Refunds are available in cases where you receive a damaged or incorrect item contact Customer Support within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Exchanges
Only equal-value or variant exchanges are permitted. If the requested exchange is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Washed, worn, or used items
  • Pre-order collections, boxers, briefs, jewelry, socks, and hats 
  • Items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Online vs. In-Store Purchases
Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in retail stores, and in-store purchases cannot be returned online.

Processing Time
Please allow 8–10 business days for returns to be processed once received.

Hawaii, Alaska, & APO/FPO Orders
Customers in these locations should 
contact Customer Support to initiate a return or exchange.
